12. March 2014We are currently in the process of redesigning the way we are communicating with the RSCOMM system made by Reinhardt Software GmbH. The present version -called RSCOMM System 5– is in use at many shipping companies, and we have a lot of customers in common with Reinhardt Software.
For all our maritime customers using RSCOMM System 5, we will implement additional HTML eMail features in the interface, which will be directly accessible from our maritime software (e.g. for order mails directly out of the ShipShop program).
The new interface enables the generation of fully featured HTML type eMails in System 5, and the new two-way interface contains document references for sent eMails, so it will be easy to access those eMails and the corresponding replies any time.
