Claim types in the insurance module

The CODieBOARD# supervision-center manages all types of insurance claims. Once the report is in the system -e.g. as a damage file- it is also available for further handling with the insurance module.

At first, you can specifiy the kind of the insurance case (P&I, LoH, H&M, FDD etc). These types can be individually configured, including corresponding sub types. Also combinations for the same insurance case are possible, with different insurers.

Based on the information provided, CB#sc will now automatically assign the insurer(s) and the invidually agreed deductibles from its database.

Now all details can be registered, and the corresponding insurance claims can be issued to the insurers. All following activities can be tracked, and an insurance file will build up automatically.

Also, the system will always keep you up-to-date on claimed amounts in total, and on current balance of those claims.
