Marine Claims Management system with Yard-specific reporting forms

The CODieBOARD# supervision-center (CB# sc)supports the creation of specific forms and formats as required by your shipyard.

Depending on the site you are building your ship at, your shipyard may have it’s own quality assurance scheme with predefined reporting formats for inspections, claims etc. In most cases, such shipyards will not accept reports in your company’s specific format.

The newbuilding module of our supervision-center program is equipped with a special feature for such situations. By using the built-in report editor , you can design any additional kind of form. Once you have finished and saved the design, it will automatically be made available to all your Newbuilding Superintendents.

This feature is particularly helpful for newbuilding series and/or if you have projects in more than just one shipyard. The forms can be supplied from a central place (e.g. the system administrator in the head office), and you can simultaneously use all different forms on the same data, depending on the situation and receiver of the report.
